By uploading your CV you agree that we may match it with any job — including the roles of the companies we recruit for — and share your details with the relevant recruiter or company when your profile fits.

Before you upload — how we use your data

When you upload your CV or job description, our AI will screen it against real data — live open positions and active candidates in our database. If there is a strong match, we will tell you right away.

If there is no match today, we may keep your data for future screenings — and that works in your favor: new positions and new candidates arrive constantly, so a match that doesn't exist today may exist next month. If that happens, we will contact you.

By uploading your CV you willingly and explicitly agree that we may match it with any job — including the roles of the companies we recruit for. When your profile fits, we share your CV and contact details with the relevant recruiter or company so they can contact you directly. You can always ask us to stop at any time.

Your data is handled confidentially and used solely for recruitment matching. You may request its deletion at any time at contact@werecruit4you.pro.
